Rental Policy

Rates

All charges are for time out, whether used or not, so please make selections carefully.

Delivery/Pick-up

An additional fee is charged for delivery or pick-up of rentals. Ask for details.

Payment

25% deposit required at time of booking. This will hold your order for your wedding date. The remainder is to be paid upon pick-up or delivery. We now accept Interac, Interac e-Transfer, Visa, and MasterCard and cash.

Damage Deposit

We do not charge a damage deposit.  However, we are introducing a small damage insurance fee.  This fee may be as low as $1.00, to a maximum of $50.00, depending on the number of rentals.  For more details about this stress-free rental policy, please contact us.

Cleaning

No cleaning is required for rentals. No fabrics need to be folded. Please place items into bags and containers before returning.

Cancellation

Deposit is non-refundable when the event is canceled.  Deposit is put into place to hold items for you and others will be denied rental of those items.
